For the past decade, I've coached athletes like you to achieve their wildest running dreams. Instead of cookie-cutter programs, I take a holistic approach tailored to each athlete as an individual. My training methods are grounded in science and proven to build resiliency and longevity, so you can keep chasing those running goals for years to come. I work with all levels of athletes - if you run, you are a runner, and my greatest joy is empowering those I work with!
1:1 Running Coaching
Running training specifically designed for YOU and your goals with support every step of the way.
All 1:1 running coaching includes:
Initial intake meeting
Programming delivered weekly, via VDOT, and modifications as needed
Unlimited text access for coaching/accountability
A pre-race call, and the ability to hop on the phone, as needed
Access to the monthly lift program via TrainHeroic (normally $55/m)
Monthly Lift Plan
The monthly lift plan is the perfect option for the runner looking to supplement their training to become a stronger, more resilient runner.
Program duration is 4-5 weeks, with 2 workouts per week.
The program will focus on total-body movements and revolve around KBs, DBs, bands, and balls.
There is a new program each month, but you can start at any time. It’s sent via email and there are links to all movements.
Also included is a monthly core workout + Strength Guide, so you can understand how to properly schedule the lift into your current running routine.
While possible to do this program at home, the best way to get stronger is to lift heavier weights – so oftentimes full gym access is needed!
60-minute Consultations
Ever feel stuck with your training and need a sounding board? Or maybe you want to jump into coaching, but you’re unsure where to start. I offer 60-minute consultations where we walk through your biggest challenges and map out how to achieve your goals, whether athletic or professional.
60 minute Consultations include:
Pre-call questionnaire and review of our call’s objectives
60-minute recorded Zoom meeting
A post-call Action Item sheet, so you have a written recap of our chat and know exactly what to do next
